This article has comprehensively studied the history and recent development of Australian RElTs market, and the trading rules and relative regulations. In addition. the introduction of the derivative market of Australian REITs is also included, and finally conclusions about the excellent experiences from Australian REITs market are stated for recommendations and references
for the further development of the Chinese REITs market.
