Summary The principle aim of the research is to develop a framework that provides certainty for end-users and clients to achieve, from capital works projects, an outstanding or excellent outcome while creating additional wealth for all stakeholders and suppliers. If the framework were applied to all Australian capital works projects, there would be $10bn savings each year to the total economy.
