Summary The data consists of a series of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) images from NiTi wire samples heat treated under different conditions, to study the effect of processing on the microstructure (mainly focusing on nanoscale precipitates) of the samples. The aim of the project is to reveal the correlation among processing, microstructure, and functional properties of NiTi shape memory wires.
