Summary In my research, I examined body phenomena in psychosis by exploring onset, triggering events and stabilisation in psychosis. I concluded that body disturbances can be important indicators for the onset of psychosis and, that these disturbances provide a framework for better understanding the recovery from psychosis, particularly in schizophrenia.
