Summary The new Mexican national curriculum proposes that Environmental Education (EE) should be a transversal topic in teachers’ practice, promoting actions for the environment. After teachers’ participation in my case study, they changed from only providing environmental information to acting to address environmental issues, implementing Participatory Action Research.
