Dewi Fortuna Anwar is an Indonesian, who was born in Bandung and who studied in Australia at Monash University in 1983 on an Australian Government scholarship. The interview is conducted in English by Dr Ahmad Suaedy of the Abdurrahman Wahid Centre for Interfaith Dialogue and Peace, Universitas Indonesia.
