Description of artwork What does it mean to be adrift? Students from Deakin University’s School of Communication and Creative Arts performed on the Main Lawns of Arts Centre Melbourne and the Riverside Promenade below Hamer Hall to present Adrift. The public performance piece incorporated performance installation and physical theatre to explore the concept of being adrift. Adrift was a free, public theatre event created and performed by Deakin university students and was supported by Arts Centre Melbourne.
