Summary This paper presents two novel Lyapunov functionalsfor analyzing the stability of neural networks with time-varyingdelay. Based on our newly proposed Lyapunov functionalsand a relaxed Wirtinger-based integral inequality, new stabilitycriteria are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities.A comprehensive comparison of results is given to illustrate thenewly proposed stability criteria from both the conservative andcomputational complexity point of views.
