Summary  The study explored factors associated with lack of utilization of skilled maternity care and reproductive health services of rural women who lives in remote and flood-prone regions of Pakistan. The study proposes a parsimonious maternity care model which offers optimal utilization of existing health workforce and infrastructure to ensure continuum of maternity care services to women and girls in rural Pakistan.
