Summary This study addresses the nature of learning in organisations engaged in multiple outsourcing arrangements. It describes issues, problems and achievements for employees working with team members from other companies and nationalities. It finds that people learn through personal agency and relationship building, often overcoming significant barriers to communication and learning.
