Recording of first fundraiser performance for Melbourne Workers Theatre and the Turkish Resource Centre. Musical performance by Lenko, followed by MWT’s “The Aftermath”. After interval, three skits were performed by Hassan interspersed with music, followed by folk dancing – not included in footage. MWT’s fourth production, The Aftermath was written and devised in consultation with a large number of workers involved in industrial action during the 1980s.
