Summary This thesis develops a nonlinear partial feedback linearizing control scheme for power systems. The nonlinear controllers are designed by considering advanced models of systems which include both conventional and modern renewable power generation systems. Simulation studies are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed controllers over existing controllers.
