Summary The project studied about the effects of carbon on the microstructure of Fe-Mn-Al-Si alloy under strip casting process. TWIP steel compositions behaviour after the cold rolling and the annealing steps was also studied. Results from this study offer attractive solution for utilization of TWIP steel in the automotive industry.
