The lived experiences of university tutors in an age of massification
Barnaby Phipps, Claire 2019, The lived experiences of university tutors in an age of massification, Ph.D. thesis, School of Education, Deakin University.
This research used the power of storytelling to explore the lived experiences of university tutors in New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The findings established that neo-liberal agendas were permeating and influencing the day-to-day experiences of the tutors; impacting on their senses of self, and developing professional identities.
