Scrapbook of mounted pressed algae specimens individually named and mounted on cards placed in an album. It includes information on where the specimens were collected. List of Dr. Harvey's duplicate Ceylon algae. The specimens were chiefly collected on the South Coast, either near Belligam or near Galle ; a few were obtained at Trincomalee.List of Dr. Harvey's duplicate Friendly Island Algae. The specimens were collected at Tongatabu, Lifuka or Hapai, and Vavau, chiefly on coral reefs. Some are from the muddy, mangrove-bordered shores of lagoons, and grew on the submerged mangrove stems. List of Dr. Harvey's duplicate Australian algae. The habitats, indicated by the letters, are as follows: -- A refers to the area of Freemantle, Western Australia. B., King George's Sound. C., Cape Riche, Western Australia. D., Port Fairy, Victoria. E., Port Phillip Heads, Victoria. F., Brighton Beach, Port Phillip. G., Geelong, Port Phillip. H., Western Port, Victoria. J., Georgetown, Van Dieman's Land. K., Port Arthur, Van Dieman's Land. L., Port Jackson,vNew South Wales. M., Newcastle, New South Wales. N., Kiama,vNew South Wales.
