Organisational Change: Development and Transformation is a book describing change management as a challenge, particularly as the environment in which we work is in such a volatile state. The world of managing organisation development (OD), which is a planned process of change, continues to change dramatically as the terminology vacillates towards organisational transformation (OT), a more dramatic and unpredictable process.
