Coaches, officials and change agents in sport development

Previous chapters in this book have discussed in detail models of sport development (SD) and sport for development (SFD). In particular, as the reader might have already gathered, coaches, officials and change agents have significant roles to play in facilitating SD for athletes, and for ensuring that programming is delivered appropriately so that SFD outcomes can be realised.
