This chapter presents some relevant perspectives in terms of using Godly Play as a pedagogical approach in the primary school classroom. It explores the theoretical perspectives of theories of play and a theology of play in order to suggest ways in which the Godly Play pedagogical approach might be used in mainstream classrooms in catholic schools.
