Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) can cause neurological symptoms and complications through direct involvement of the central or peripheral nervous system, in addition to paraneoplastic disorders. This chapter covers diagnosis and treatment of direct complications of NHL, including leptomeningeal metastasis (lymphomatous meningitis), brain metastasis, spinal cord involvement/myelopathy, radiculopathy, plexopathy, and peripheral neuropathy. Risk factors for the development of CNS involvement, as well as CNS prophylaxis in newly diagnosed NHL are also discussed.
