Restoring law and order in the South Pacific 1997-2006
The Australian Government intervened periodically to monitor peace initiatives after political violence as well as to restore law and order during civil unrest in the Pacific Islands from late 1997 to late 2006. 3rd Brigade was at the forefront of every one of these interventions.
