Ouyang Yu and Anna Shimshak provide different perspectives on the body of art works exhibited in a solo exhibition. Ouyang Yu talks from a poet's perspective deliberately to a Chinese audience while Anna's essay reflects the history of photography, implications of 'capture' as a physical endeavour and its parallel materialisation as a photograph.
