A dynamic double-hierarchy model of multicultural individuals' roles in culturally diverse teams

I present a theoretical model to describe the positive and negative roles multicultural team members can take in culturally diverse teams. I draw on social identity and faultline theories to explain how these roles impact team processes of information exchange, conflict and trust.
