Combining QR codes and responsive web pages to enable mobile and cloud learning based teaching and learning

Workshop and Poster presentation. Demonstrating the results of a collaborative project, including Pathology academic staff and the elearning team at Deakin University's School of Medicine, to create a virtual pathology museums form the physical catalogue of 900+ medical specimens. The resultant solution utilised QR codes and responsively designed wiki pages to enable students to access the specimen information in the museum via mobile devices and in the cloud for class related lessons. The wiki format of the confluence platform enabled the content to be published on a single site to be utilised in a range of settings: deliver twice: mobile (just in time) and cloud based (D2L class content)
