Campus life of college students may bring substantial influence for their learning outcome and possible future establishments, thus how to understand their life is an important topic worthy of investigation, especially with the help of big data collected by campus information system. This paper analyzes the campus behavior of college students using four years full cycle consumption records of about 5,000 undergraduates, demonstrates the changing tendency and the gender difference. The data set is collected during 2012.9 to 2016.7 from the campus smart card system in one Chinese college. Using statistical analysis, we find that there are certainly changing trends and gender difference in students' campus behavior which agrees with the common sense in education field, and we also discuss the vacation effect and education cost for current Chinese college students. Our work provides fundamental understandings on campus life which is useful for college education work and behavior research.
