Online connection of free-flow isotachophoresis chip to an electrospray ionization mass-spectrometer
conference contribution
posted on 2015-01-01, 00:00 authored by J Park, A Manz, Rosanne GuijtRosanne GuijtWe present the online coupling of a free-flow isotachophoresis (FFITP) chip to an electrospray ionization mass spectrometer (ESI-MS) for continuous online analysis without extensive sample preparation. In comparison with batch electrophoretic techniques, FFITP allows for the continuous injection of target analytes into the MS, making detection independent of the separation time domain.
