Preface: CISP 2011

On behave of the Organizing Committee, it is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the 2011 International Congress on Image and Signal Processing (CISP 2011), held in Shanghai, China, October 15-17, 2011. This is the 4th in the annual series of CISP events, after Sanya (2008), Tianjin (2009), and Yantai (2010). CISP aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the art of image, video and signal processing. After a rigorous review process, papers were included in the CISP 2011 program. © 2011 IEEE.
