The recognition of system parameters in uncertain complex dynamical networks with stochastic disturbance and time-varying delay is investigated in this note. By constructing a slave network and designing feedback controllers, the outer synchronization between two networks is achieved according to the Itô differential formula, LaSalle'e invariance principle. Meanwhile, the unknown system parameters in the uncertain complex networks and the control gains are obtained, re- spectively, based on the adaptive updating laws. Additionally, a numerical simulation is given to show the validity of the analytical results.
