Workplace cyberbullying: The antecedents and consequences research-in-progress

The overriding purpose of this paper is to examine cyberbullying behaviors in the workplace. More specifically, neutralization theory and rational choice theory of corporate crime are used as the theoretical foundation to build a model of antecedents of workplace cyberbullying. In addition, the negative impacts of workplace cyberbullying on victims and witnesses are also measured and discussed in our study.
