Polycarbonate (PC) membrane fouling by protein and yeast

dataset
posted on 2024-05-17, 02:52 authored by Lingxue KongLingxue Kong
This data collection contains 126 images of polycarbonate (PC) membranes fouling layer where two types of organic foulants including protein and yeast present.

This data collection would be useful to investigate membrane fouling mechanism by membrane materials researchers and water researchers.

Notes

Investigation into the interactions between membrane surface and foulants by using a confocal laser scanning microscope. This is so the mechanisms governing membrane fouling can be better understood and novel antifouling membrane materials or surface trea
