This found footage film installation tested the memories of migrating to Australia in 1958. As well as the film new Australian It included images of the boat on which my parents migrated to Australia in 1958 from Amsterdam, the Johan van Oldenbarneveldt. The accompanied section is included in the final film. This section speaks to the gap between the old and the new world.
