This digital photographic work addresses the ways in which we remember and forget the past. Older memories are often selectively recalled and our retention of experiences are hampered by such cognitive losses. This impacts on the ways we interact with the individuals who may or may not have been with us when our experiences and memories of particular events were forged. Through the actions and attempts to remember we can recall, colour, patterns, movements, sounds, faces, places and textures and this work explores those elements.
