Three large format photographic images which form part of an ongoing documentation of old huts in a Poplar forest at Vaughan near Castlemaine in central Victoria. I have been documenting this location and these abandoned huts for fifteen years. These images were made between April and June 2015 and were presented in the exhibition titled: 37° Sur a 19° Norte: Fotografía contemporánea de Australia.

37° Sur a 19° Norte: Fotografía contemporánea de Australia was very well received with hundreds of people attending the opening event and a great deal of media coverage including news papers and state radio. I was the curator for 37° Sur a 19° Norte: Fotografía contemporánea de Australia. This exhibition presented the work of fourteen contemporary Australian photographers. The images focused on landscape and interior-scapes with the aim of evoking a sense of Australian space and place form the personal perspectives of the artists involved.
