AbstractA series of trihalogenated alkenylbenzenes undergo consecutive palladium catalyzed inter‐ and intramolecular amination reactions to deliver a series of 4‐, 5‐, 6‐, and 7‐chloroindoles without the need for the application of selective chlorination methods.
