Creating ethical guidelines for forensic psychology
In this article, the process and the issues in creating ethical guidelines for forensic practitioners are discussed. Distinctions are made between ethical and practice guidelines, among ethical principles, standards, and guidelines, and between ethical and legal obligations. Strategies for managing conflicting obligations are outlined. © 2012 The Australian Psychological Society.
