As the 21st century progresses, it is clear to see that e-business is becoming one, if not the accepted, way to conduct many forms of business transactions. However, companies still struggle to develop sustainable, value-driven e-business models. This is particularly true of the Asia Pacific region, and yet this region that is dominated by the evolving economy of China poses tremendous untapped potential for e-business success. Critical success factors are identified, which will serve to support the development of value-driven e-business models in the Asia Pacific region. Copyright © 2007 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.
