Genotypic antiretroviral resistance testing at viral failure in people with HIV

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To assess the impact on clinical outcomes for individuals infected with HIV when treatment options are guided by the results of genotypic antiretroviral resistance testing (with or without expert interpretation of the results) compared with treatment options based on standard of care.
