This is a poetic decantation of a short fiction 'Snap' (TEXT 2015) which celebrates desire between women touched by a sense of imminent death and celebrates language as a medium of asymptotic approach -- towards the bodily encounter which will render words irrelevant. It is inspired by Blanchot's notion of the infinite approach, and celebrates the oneiric rehearsal of erotic combustion as intensely real.
