journal contribution
posted on 2014-11-01, 00:00 authored by B Mitchell Scott, Julie ConsidineJulie Considine, Mari BottiMari BottiMedication safety is of increasing importance and understanding the nature and frequency of medication errors in the Emergency Department (ED) will assist in tailoring interventions which will make patient care safer.
