There is in the contemporary a progressive movement of unveiling material scales, previously invisible, that become visible through technology. From a hyper-modern context characterized by digital virtuality, we now move to a new communicational ecosystem in which information and communication play architectural roles in the design and construction of new materialities. Nanotechnological materiality is becoming a platform for reconfiguration of both space and culture. The integration between nanotechnology and digital culture is taking place in spaces that are being called cyberphysicists (AKYILDIZ & JORNET, 2010). This article presents some of the main lines of technological convergence responsible for the advent of cyberphysical communicational processes, or nanoconvergents.
