P.S.I. now — a review of progress and problems

This paper aims to describe the original formulation and some of the subsequent interpretations, applications and evaluations of the self‐paced method of instruction known as the Keller plan, or the Personalised System of Instruction. Emphasis is placed upon bringing together evidence from the authors' own evaluations of such courses in the U.K., and from literature in this field. It is intended that this should give a framework for discussion of the method and indicate its advantages and limitations to potential users. Copyright © 1975, Wiley Blackwell. All rights reserved
