Hierarchical regression analysis show that job search emotion is a fully mediator in the relationship between perceived job search progress and job search activities. This result emphasizes on the role of emotion in the job search process. The authors bring forward some suggestions to college graduate students and employment guidance personnel. © 2012 Peking University.
