Relationships Among Work Values and the Self-Perceived Perfor Mance and Effort of Chartered Accountants in Australia: An Exploratory Study

Four distinct work values (Career-Orientation, Certainty-Seeking, Altruism, Conflict-Avoidance) were identified and it was found that these work values were associated with the chartered accountants' self-perceptions of work perfor Mance and work-related effort.
