Representations of decision-making support in negotiation
journal contribution
posted on 2001-01-01, 00:00 authored by Emilia BellucciEmilia Bellucci, J ZeleznikowNegotiation is a process of cooperative decision-making between parties concerning the resolution of a common dispute. It is a process that is as dynamic as it is complex. Our research focuses on developing Negotiation Support Systems (NSS) in Australian Family Law. Family Law negotiation concerns the settlement of issues to do with the dissolution of a marriage. To this end, we have developed several systems to support the negotiating process. Through an indepth example, we compare the usefulness of each system as a NSS. © 2001 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
