Our interdisciplinary team of researchers and practitioners explores "service delight value creation" during this transformative period of "Spaceship Earth." Each member has expertise in fields such as AI and smart infrastructure, filmmaking and art production, regional revitalization, and human-centered design. Our goal is to go beyond conventional notions of customer satisfaction by aspiring to provide delight and promote global sustainability through exceptional service experiences. "Delight" is defined as experiences that surpass expectations and evoke deep emotions, in the sustainability of the supporting service ecosystem. In the first paper, we examine to expand the concept of "service value creation" and envision the future of "service delight" at various levels, from individuals and organizations to communities and international partnerships. Based on these perspectives, this paper presents case studies on the production process of independent filmmaking about Parkinson's disease in Japan to develop strategies for creating future service delight value.
