Research statement

Background The objective of this report is to conduct a scoping study of empirical literatures that synthesises prominent barriers and challenges of attracting high-impact leaders and educators to regional, rural and remote schools. Contribution Literature review Significance 2 of 3 reports funded by the Australian Federal Department of Education on this issue. These reports are currently being utilised to influence The Future Leaders Program surrounding contextual factors and attributes of high impact leaders.
