Submission to the Royal Commission into National Natural Disaster Arrangements

This submission to the federal 2020 Royal Commission into National Natural Disaster Arrangements presented research on the challenges and opportunities for Australian land and emergency management organisations to work with and for Indigenous communities and their priorities, particularly in relation to the management of flammable landscapes and fire hazards. The submission presented options for policy changes and funding arrangements to ensure progress in these matters is effective and equitable.
