Submission to the Royal Commission into the Management of Police Informants

This is a submission in relation to the Royal Commission’s examination of the adequacy and effectiveness of Victoria Police’s current processes for recruiting, handling and managing human sources who are subject to legal obligations of confidentiality or privilege and the use of such information in the broader criminal justice system.
