3D Printing of Nano Porous Membrane Integrated Miniaturized Fluidic Devices

This research focused on developing nanoporous membranes with three-dimensional printing technology. The materials were created using resin formulations that undergo phase separation during ultraviolet rays-initiated polymerization. The resulting self-assembled nanoporous materials exhibited high porosities of up to 60%, which can be easily controlled and offer semi-automated and/or fully automated membrane-integrated miniaturized device fabrication for various applications.
