A Novel Voltammetric Approach for Biomarker Identification and Deep Brain Stimulation for Cocaine Addiction

This thesis investigates how cocaine affects the dopamine levels in the brain using a novel measurement technique. Then it looks at how electrical stimulation may affect this response. This provides important information on how electrical stimulation of the brain may be useful in treating drug addiction in the future.
