A digital electromechanical system for measurement of soil bulk density

The thesis has presented on the design and experimental tests of the digital electromechanical system (DES) to enable the measurement of soil bulk density at different depths. The results of field testing show that the DES was successfully tested at eight field sites with different soil textures under traditional agricultural practices.
